Featuring musician Arsh Goswami and visual artist Shrey Kathuria, Delhi’s new collaborative duo on the block, Hitherto is a consummation of an idea that aims at experimenting and progressing towards newer definitions of post rock.
The EP which features five tracks namely, ‘I Won’t Be Long’, ‘Opioids Make My Brain Slow’, ‘Evacuate’, ‘Inertia’ and ‘Her Voice Was Static’, offers an audio-visual narrative to its ultimate listeners covering voice samples from the John F. Kennedy speech, visuals inspired from Apollo 13 and occurrences in the outer space that would prompt unearthed emotions.
Written and produced ably by Arsh, the EP has been further lifted by Shrey’s graphic prowess as reflected in the EP’s artwork that represents astronomical bodies.
‘Hitherto’ is available across all leading music platforms and can also be streamed on Radio City Freedom.
