Slappies 6: Sequel/Franchise of the Year-Nominees
Having cast Rakhi Sawant in the sequel itself is the beginning of the end for this franchise.
Keeping it simple, we say this. Put a full stop here. Even Emraan Hashmi needs a frog princess to turn his luck around now.
No more thoughts. Just no more.
What a criminal waste of time and money, this was.
The plot of this movie is so outdated that if it were to be sold at an online marketplace, there would still be no buyers for it. May some sense be restored for the producers.
We repeat, one more film and we are really pressing lawsuits against the makers. Take our word on it.
A massive thank you for ruining the beautiful memories we had of the first film. Just discontinue the franchise here itself.
If at all you make another ‘Housefull’ film, just do it with Akshay Kumar alone. The rest are cast in the films strictly for decoration purposes.
This movie was more of an acting vehicle launch for director Prakash Jha. We only wish Priyanka Chopra had a superpower to delete this mention from her filmography.
Honestly, we don’t have much to complain with the franchise. You just need to choose a better actress to play the role of a competent RAW officer.
