2024 is going to be India's year. With current developments making the country a deeply spiritual and magical place, Ayodhya's Ram Mandir is going to be the next big thing that's going to attract thousands of tourists. Now, ahead of the Ram Mandir opening, the Yogi government is streaming Ramanand Sagar's popular TV serial, Ramayana, on LED screens.
The spiritual echoes and powerful bhajans from Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana instantly resonate in the heart of Ramnagari. Several devotional songs from the TV serial are constantly being played at several chawks and lanes in Ayodhya.
Bhajans like 'Ram bhakt le chala re Ram ki nishani,' 'Ram Kahani-Suno Re Ram Kahani,' 'Mangal Bhavan Amangal Hari,' 'Ramayan Chaupai,' and 'Hum Katha Sunate Ram Sakal Gun Dham Ki,' have become a daily ritual in the Ramnagari.
History of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya
Let's take you back in time and share the history of the iconic Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. After a wait of 500 years, India is finally looking forward to the much-awaited historic moment of Shri Ram Mandir being rebuilt from scratch.Uttar Pradesh's Yogi government is actively involved in the developments and is continuously raising awareness about the virtues of greatness, sacrifices, patience, and bravery exemplified by Lord Ram.

To make it more user-friendly and attract all generations, the government has decided to bring back the iconic TV serial Ramayana through LED screens displayed in multiple areas of Ayodhya.
With this, the Yogi government is obligated to preserve the nation's history and culture, not only for this generation but also for the upcoming era.
Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana was first telecasted in 1987 and made everyone hooked on their television screens. It featured Arun Govil as Lord Ram, Dipika Chikhila as Mata Sita, Sunil Lahri as Laxman, Dara Singh as Lord Hanuman, and Arvind Trivedi as the menacing Ravana.
Ramayana will be continuously telecasted every evening between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM at places like Ramkatha Park Museum, near Kanak Bhawan, Shri Ram Ashram, Ashrafi Bhawan, Tulsi Udyan, Bhajan Sandhya Sthal, and Laxman Fort, among others.
People are seen gathering in large numbers to dedicatedly watch the TV serial and learn more about the Hindu mythology saga.
Ram Mandir's opening date
The inauguration ceremony for Ram Mandir is scheduled for January 16. Lord Ram Lalla's consecration will be held on January 22, 2024. For the uninitiated, Ayodhoya is Lord Rama's birthplace. Here's where the iconic saga of the Ramayana began.The Ram Janm Bhoomi Ayodhya is going to be lit with thousands of diyas as the construction of Ram Mandir is going to be completed soon. The inauguration will be done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Several actors and celebrities, like Alia Bhatt, Anupam Kher, Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, Chiranjeevi, and Dhanush, among others, have been invited to the opening of Ram Mandir.
