Salman Khan is arguably one of those actors who can get any movie into a hundred-crore club by just being on the poster. He has made historic records for Bollywood with movies like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Dabangg, among others. The superstar is back making headlines, but this time for walking out of what could've been a blockbuster.
On his 58th birthday in December last year, Salman Khan announced his next project, The Bull, an army film, with Karan Johar. The two were coming together after 25 years of working together in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. However, it seems their professional collaboration has been jinxed.
Despite several attempts to work together, it isn't in the cards for the filmmaker and the actor to work together. As per a report, Salman has walked away from Karan's The Bull.

The movie was initially supposed to go on floors in November 2023, but it faced several delays, pushing it to January, then February, and finally finding a date in May. After several back and forths, KJo asked for some more time until July.
However, Salman decided to prioritize Sajid Nadiadwala's film instead. The producer's untitled film with director AR Murugadoss is ready to start filming in May 2024, and Karan Johar is aiming to begin shooting for The Bull in November 2024.
A source close to the entertainment portal revealed some interesting details and said, 'After a lot of back and forth on the dates, Karan (Johar) and Vishnu (director Vishnuvardhan) were still not able to commit to the exact timelines of the shoot. That's when Salman conveyed his decision to back out of the project."

Karan Johar expressed his admiration for Salman Khan
The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani director has always been vocal about his feelings for his loved ones. On Salman Khan's 58th birthday last year, KJo expressed his admiration through an Instagram post and shared an interesting anecdote. The filmmaker recalled the time when almost every big star had rejected the role for Aman Mathur's character in his directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. It was Salman who took up the role and made the film a superhit with his cameo.
Recalling the incident when he had narrated Kuch Kuch Hota Hai's script to the superstar, Karan wrote, 'I went with a prayer in my heart and a deep desire for a miracle and narrated the first of the film like my life depended on it... He looked at me at the interval point (by then I was looking like I was in the Sahara desert and water could keep me alive) and kindly offered me water and said, I'm on."
"I was perplexed and said, But you are in the second half and haven't heard it? He said, I love your father, and my sister will kill me if I don't do this movie, and that's how Salman Khan was in KKHH. I am deeply grateful to Alvira and my father's goodwill for making sure I had the perfect Aman and Salman Khan in my debut film,' KJo further added.
It's been over two decades since we have seen the two megastars collaborate. We wish to see Karan Johar and Salman Khan recreate a magical masterpiece soon.
