Jawan Box Office Prediction: Shah Rukh Khan Starrer To Have A 100 Crore Opening

The much-anticipated movie Jawan is all set to release tomorrow. Headlined by Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara, the upcoming film brings high-octane action, power-packed fight sequences, and intense thriller drama. While fans have already booked Jawan movie tickets in advance, Bollywood trade experts predict it to collect over 100 crore on the first day of its release.

After Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to entertain his fans with intense action and thriller drama in Jawan. It also stars Deepika Padukone in a special appearance, alongside Sanya Malhotra and Ridhi Dogra in prominent roles.


With Vijay Sethupathi playing the antagonist, Jawan has already collected around 38 crore in advance sales worldwide.

Jawan box office predictions

Now, the trade experts in Bollywood predict that the Shah Rukh Khan starrer will easily collect over 100 crore on the first day of its release. Producer and film business analyst Girish Johar has predicted a monstrous global opening for Jawan.

He added that the film may cross Pathaan's day one collection in the domestic market and emerge with an Indian total (all three languages) of 60 crore. Johar's predictions further state that Jawan may collect around 300 crore worldwide by the weekend.

'I am expecting a100-crore global gross on day one. I am expecting around40 crore of that from overseas markets and60 crore from domestic markets. It should be a comfortable opening. The opening is going to cross the opening figures of Pathaan for sure,' Girish said.

Sanjeev Kumar Bijli, the Executive Director of PVR INOX Ltd., has predicted a 65 crore opening for Jawan and about 200 crore over the weekend.

'About two and a half lakh tickets have been booked in our circuits alone. I have an estimate of all India's box office gross of 65 crore, and about the weekend, I have an estimate of about 230 crore,' he added.

Managind Director of Miraj Entertainment Ltd., Amit Sharma, has confirmed 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. movie shows in Kolkata and Jaipur theaters, respectively.

Sharma said, "We are thrilled to witness the unprecedented excitement surrounding Jawan at Miraj Cinemas. Due to overwhelming public demand, we've broken new ground by adding a 5 AM show for a Hindi film in Kolkata, a first in our cinema's history. Jaipur will experience the earliest screening at 6:05 AM in Hindi, setting a record for the city."

He also confirmed a 6:00 a.m. show in Mumbai's Miraj Cinemas on Thursday. A total of 28,000 movie tickets have been sold for Jawan's opening day.

Directed by Atlee, the action thriller is headlined by Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi. Along with the stellar cast, Deepika Padukone will make a special appearance.

Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, and Sanya Malhotra will be seen in prominent roles as well. Jawan is all set to release in cinemas on September 7.
