Kajol and Karan Johar share a great bond. The actress has been part of Karan's blockbuster movies such asKuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and My Name Is Khan, playing a pivotal role. However, their friendship worsened when Karan'sAe Dil Hai Mushkiland Ajay Devgn starrerShivaayclashed at the box office. Because of this, they stopped working together for some time.

Well, the duo has recently resolved their matter and is back to being friends. And now we hear they are collaborating professionally as well. Kajol has signed Karan's next production venture, to be directed by Kayoze Irani. The film will launch Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan and she is said to have joined the cast to play a lead role.

Fans are eagerly waiting to see the two create magic on the big screen again after 12 years. For those who don't know they last worked together in 2010 on the movie 'My Name Khan' starring Shah Rukh Khan.

As per the sources, Kajol will play an emotionally strong character and will share the maximum screen time with Ibrahim Ali Khan. She has worked with Ibrahim's father, Saif Ali Khan, in films like Dillagi, Hameshaa, and Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, and is thrilled to act with his son now in his very first film.
