Made In Heaven 2 Trailer: Sobhita And Arjun Starrer Promises Grander Weddings And Intense Drama

Zoya Akhtar is back to rule the OTT space as the Made In Heaven 2 trailer was unveiled today. The second part of the most talked-about web series will see bigger weddings, newer faces, and even more intense drama. The web series is headlined by Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur.

The first season of Made In Heaven saw some brutal twists and turns in high-end family weddings. Be it politically inclined abusive marriage or getting a modern girl married to a regressive family that demanded dowry, the show saw it all. The second season gets even better.

On Tuesday, the makers of the show dropped the official trailer for Made In Heaven 2. By the looks of it, the Amazon Prime web series promises deeper secrets and more complexities in relationships.


While Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur struggle with their own share of problems like heavy debts, divorces, and extramarital affairs, their prospective clients do not go easy on them either. With their secret affairs, dowry demands, and bizarre religious connotations, the Made In Heaven team drowns deeper in drama.

The first season also starred Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, and Shivani Rastogi. It saw Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Duggal, Amrita Puri, and many other actors in prominent roles.


Made In Heaven 2 will see an extension of the original cast. The newer faces on show are Mona Singh, Neelam Kothari, Sanjay Kapoor, Trinetra, and Ishwak Singh. The brides of this season will be portrayed by a terrific ensemble of Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Apte, Dia Mirza, Shibani Dandekar, and Sarah Jane Dias.

Taking it to Instagram, Zoya Akhtar shared the Made In Heaven 2 trailer and wrote, "Your favorite wedding planners are back with the grandest weddings of the season." The show is produced by Excel Entertainment and Farhan Akhtar.

Made In Heaven 2 will release on August 10 on Amazon Prime Video.
