The couple tied the knot on this day last year in Jaisalmer's Suryagarh Palace. It was an intimate wedding where they were surrounded by their close friends and family. Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani looked gorgeous on their D-day.

The two wore Manish Malhotra-designed wedding ensembles. They even recreated the popular song Ranjha from their film Shershaah into a happy version. Using the same, they shared a lovely wedding reel on Instagram.

Now, the Indian Police Force actor has penned down a heartfelt note for his ladylove as they celebrate their first wedding anniversary on February 7. The couple rang in their first anniversary amidst the nature as they enjoyed a horseback riding session.

Sharing a stunning picture with a setting sun in the background, Sidharth's caption read, "It's not the journey or the destination it's the company that matters. Thank you for being the best partner on this crazy ride called life."

It seems the couple loves to explore new destinations. Ever since the two got married, they have been on constant sprees. Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani welcomed 2024 in style and snow.

Sharing yet another post on Instagram, the JugJugg Jeeyo actress's caption read, "2023 - so much to be grateful for - 2024 - coming for you, baby. Happy New Year! He loves Kala Chashmaso much, we had 4."

Kiara Advani recalls Sidharth Malhotra's proposal

On her latest appearance on Koffee With Karan 8, the actress spilled some beans on how her husband proposed to her in Rome. Recalling the romantic moment, she mentioned he narrated his popular dialogue from Shershaah about being a "seedha saadha launda from Delhi."

This happened right before Sidharth appeared on the previous season of Karan Johar's chat show. The two were tight-lipped about their relationship back then.

Kiara Advani said, "You know, when Sid came to that episode (last year's Koffee With Karan episode), we had just come back from Rome, where he proposed to me. My parents weren't there. It was our first family holiday with me and his family. I had a little bit of inclination that he would propose."

"I told him that you have to speak to my parents, and he said, Are you kidding me? I said, Yeah, you first ask them and get their permission let's do it the right way. They will be happy. My mom unfortunately had COVID, so she couldn't travel with us. So I went with his parents," she further added.
