Saravana Gowtham raises the stakes with second release, A Distant Wave

26-year old Bangalore-based musician who originally hails from Coimbatore, Saravana Gowtham is proud to have moved to the Garden City to pursue his prospects in the indie music space, given the opportunities presented by the evolving musical aesthetes of its audience.
Having vowed listeners with his debut single, 'Lost Sight', the artist has now released his second act, 'A Distant Wave', an instrumental rock composition that focuses upon the ups and downs that life puts all humans through. Using waves as a metaphor, the musician emphasizes how life takes us through the highs and then plummets to the deepest lows, enriching and repleting our lives with experience and wisdom that fuel our existences.
Gowtham, has released both singles as a part of his solo project. Both tracks have been composed, recorded, arranged and programmed by him with mixing and mastering done by Hreedish Kakoty. Gowtham firmly believes that Instrumental music, if done well can garner an audience too.
Besides, the musician also handles guitars and bass for celebrated indie acts namely, The Sahej Project (ambient rock), Prime Rage (death metal) and Verses (melodic metal) with influences ranging from rock, metal and post rock.
