It’s Hrithik Roshan’s birthday, and the Fighter star turns 50 today! He is well known for his sculpted physique, which earned him the nickname `Greek god of Bollywood’ by the papprazi. Along with that, his astounding performances over the years have won him a special place in people’s hearts.

1) Bollywood Debut as a Child Artist in 1980
From Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai in 2000 to his eagerly awaited action-packed movie Fighter this year, it is evident that he had an amazing career in the film business. He has managed to truly capture the hearts of people. However, many are unaware that he made his real-screen debut as a six-year-old in the 1980 film Aasha. The film was directed by J. Om Prakash, who made his grandson part of a song in the film.
2) He worked as his father`s assistant
Another fact that a lot of people do not know about the star is that before making it into the movies as an actor, he worked as an assistant director with his father, Rakesh Roshan. Two known films that he worked on are Koyla and Karan Arjun.

3) He was diagnosed with a serious condition at 21.
In addition to stammering as a child, which he conquered through perseverance and hard work, Hrithik was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 21. The doctors informed the adored Bollywood hero that dancing would always be out of the question. However, it`s evident that this didn`t stop him from doing what makes him most famous. 5) He performed the stunts himself in ZNMD.
The film Zindagi Na Milega Dobara, directed by Zoya Akhtar, has been one of the most noteworthy films of his career and is a timeless classic in the movie world. The actor also recalls the shooting of this film as one of the most impactful experiences of his personal life.
