Congratulations are in order for Hansika Motwani and her fiance Sohael Khaturiya as the lovely couple confirms their engagement. After doing a grand proposal for the actress in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower, the South actress is all set to ring the wedding bells. Reports of Hansika`s wedding started a couple of weeks ago when a source close to her revealed some details about her plans of settling down.
Who is Sohael Khaturiya - Hansika Motwani`s Fiance?
If reports were to be believed, Hansika Motwani was supposed to have an arranged marriage set-up. However, their love story has something else to say. Sohael and Hansika have been best friends and business partners for years together. What makes it special for them is their friendship and camaraderie. To express his love, Sohael surprised Motwani with a grand proposal right outside Eiffel Tower. Of course a `Yes` was followed after a surprised and ecstatic reaction.

Hansika Motwani and Sohael Khaturiya`s wedding functions
The actress is going to have a big fat Indian wedding at the historical Mundota Palace in Jaipur. With the pre-wedding festivities beginning on December 2, the event will kick off with a Sufi night. Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony will be held on December 3. There will be Haldi followed by pheras on December 4. and instead of a reception, the couple will be throwing a casino-themed after-party night. Only close friends and family will be a part of Hansika-Sohail`s D-day.
An official announcement about the wedding is awaited from the couple`s end.
Hansika Motwani on the work front
The Tollywood superstar will be seen next in Aadhi`s Partner, My Name Is Shruthi, and a couple of other untitled films. She will be also making her OTT debut with MY3, directed by M Rajesh.
