While Priyanka Chopra has been delivering back-to-back blockbusters in Hollywood, her fans are awaiting her comeback in Hindi cinema. What excited the fans was her upcoming collaboration with Farhan Akhtar for Jee Le Zaraa, an all-female-led movie co-starring Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. However, the latest buzz is that Priyanka has now walked out of the film.
While sources previously cited creative differences, the latest reports suggest it was scheduling issues that forced the Citadel actress to walk out of her passion project. Priyanka Chopra wanted to do an all-female-led film that showed three women from different walks of life exploring the world.
Last week, a report suggested a source saying, “Priyanka Chopra did not like the script and said no to it. She was supposed to come to India for sister Parineeti Chopra’s wedding and, at the same time, sign the film’s contract. But things could not be taken ahead because there were creative differences."
However, the latest reports rubbished the rumors and cited date issues and the actress`s unavailability on the schedules scheduled for shooting the film.

Another source close to the development said, “There is no truth to this story. There were never creative differences. It’s always been scheduling issues that have been going on for quite some time, considering everyone has very active careers.”
“Priyanka and Farhan’s production banner have worked very well and successfully multiple times and know how to create in a professional manner," the source further added.
Jee Le Zaraa will be directed by Farhan Akhtar and written by Zoya Akhtar. Now we will have to wait and watch who will fill PeeCee`s shoes to join Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
In an interview with Variety magazine earlier this year, Farhan opened up about the delay of his upcoming film and revealed that he has been tackling issues with dates.
“We just have issues with dates, and the actor’s strike that’s happened has put Priyanka’s dates into a huge tizzy with what can happen and what can’t, so I’ve started genuinely believing that that film now has a destiny of its own. It’ll happen when it has to; we’ll see."
