Tiger Shroff Birthday Special: The Actor Talks About Jackie Shroff, Failure, and Struggle
The month of Pisces has already begun and the first celebrity to ring in his birthday is Bollywood`s action maestro, Tiger Shroff. The Bade Miyan Chote Miyan actor turns 34 today. While he is often in limelight for his kickass action stunts and allegedly being linked-up with Disha Patani, there`s a differet side to him we recently discovered.
Recently, Tiger Shroff appeared on a podcast hosted by Neha Dhupia called, ‘No Filter Neha.’ During the interview, the actor opened up about a lot of things, like his father - Jackie Shroff, and his films’ performance at the box office.
The actor talked about his struggles and coping with failures when his movie does not do as well as expected.
Looking back at his childhood, the Baaghi actor said that his father was an excellent cook. He also talked about his father’s popular quick recipe of anda kadi patta fondly.
Tiger shared, “He used to make it for me all the time, you know, after he used to pack up from his shoots, come home and cook himself a meal of Anda Curry patta and the same for me. He is a really good cook.”

While talking on the same interview, the War actor talked about his feelings after a film he worked in did not do well at the box office. He said that being an action hero takes a lot of physical and mental stress behind the scenes. When that effort does not pay well, he tends to take it to heart.
The 34-year-old actor shared, “I really take it to heart because, you know, I put in a lot of effort into every one of my films, and primarily because I’m an action hero. There’s a lot that it takes, you know, in terms of the physical, mental, emotional stress that I put on myself going through those sequences just to, you know, make it larger than life.”
Based on the film’s pre-release reception, Tiger conveyed that he has high expectations that ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ will perform well at the box office.
Two songs from the movie, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan - Title Track’ and ‘Mast Malang Jhoom’ are already out. The action drama will hit the theatres on April 9, 2024.
