After a long hiatus, Salman Khan is back with a bang. His recent release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a star-studded action drama. It features Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Jassie Gill, Palak Tiwari, and more in crucial roles.
Despite having a solid cast, the film has not been doing well at the box office. What looked like an out-and-out entertainer is seemingly turning out to be more of a chaotic drama. On Wednesday Salman Khan`s film fell to below ₹5 Crores.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Movie Review
The movie has garnered both negative and positive reviews from the audience. For those who don`t know, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is an official remake of the Tamil blockbuster, Veeram (2014).

However, it fails to impress the viewers with a star-studded cast and negligibly entertaining scenes. The movie is like a boring ride of dreary melodrama, dowdy faceoffs, and forcibly squeezed-in songs every few minutes for the lamest of reasons.
An expert from the Hindustan Times also reviewed Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which read, “At 144 minutes, the film is painfully long and stretched. Even if you throw all the songs away, the story, whatever little is there, remains the same and it would make for a crisper watch. Actually, since the songs are so abrupt and loud (though peppy), releasing them separately as an album, not as a part of the film, would have been a wiser choice."
"But, it seems the makers were more concerned about showing everyone`s dance moves that they didn`t mind ingesting as many as seven tracks into the film,” the expert further added.
Directed by Farhad Samji, the movie lacks connectivity between two scenes. Talking about Salman`s co-star in Tere Naam, Bhumika Chawla was also a part of the film but her role was negligible. Furthermore, his Maine Pyar Kiya co-star Bhagyashree, Ram Charan, and Abdu Rozik also had a cameo but failed to add any value to the script.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Box Office Records
According to the reports, the film has further fallen by 30 percent and the estimated collections are in the range of 4 to 4.5 crore. Currently, the movie stands at around 89 crores. If Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan continues to underperform, this could be Salman Khan`s worst film in terms of box office collection.
