Veer Pahariya dance meme
Veer Pahariya is one of those Bollywood debutants who was massively trolled for one dance step that will probably haunt him for the rest of his life. For the uninitiated, Veer made his glorious debut with Akshay Kumar`s Sky Force that released in January 2025.
While the film was averagely received at the box office, people praised Veer`s attempt at acting, except for his one hook step that became a national meme material. While some viewers were amused, others didn`t hold back their critique.
However, Veer Pahariya was rather unfazed and unaffected by these trolls and the buzz around one dance step. Instead, he was thrilled to be a meme that has only made him more popular.
Veer Pahariya breaks silence on langdi hook step.
In a candid chat with Hauterrfly, the debutant revealed that he actually looks forward to getting trolled. Reacting to the viral hook step from Rang, a peppy romantic dance song from Sky Force, he shared how much he enjoys the fame.

“I have become a meme; can you imagine? I’m immortalized with this dance,” Pahariya added. He further joked that it will take just one langdi step for someone to recognize him, something which was unimaginable a few weeks ago.
But at times, the trolling can go sideways and open new doors for you. In another interview, Veer Pahariya said that the attention from all the memes spiked his social media and attracted some new opportunities.
Since the Rang song went viral, Veer has already performed in two big fat Indian weddings, even pulling off the langdi step with the bride. He jokingly added, “This is my fifth round. If I do two more, the bride will be mine.”
It is refreshing to see how an actor can take memes and jokes on himself lightly and be rather entertained by the same.
