Ranbir Kapoor`s Animal was one of the biggest blockbusters of 2023, which changed the dull phase of Hindi cinema. As soon as its trailer was released, people loved Ranbir`s violent streak; however, they found a new face to troll. It was Rashmika Mandanna and her enraged dialogue delivery that became meme material for moviegoers.
The actress was mocked and made fun of all over the internet. The Karwa-Chauth scene was briefly shown in the trailer, which made fans question her acting abilities. However, as soon as the movie was released, it became one of the most talked-about sequences from Animal.

Opening up on the same, she said, “The Karwa Chauth scene was a nine-minute long scene, and while doing the scene, people on the set loved it. They were clapping and felt it was done so well. But the trailer came out, and I was trolled so much for that one particular dialogue from the same scene."
"So I thought, I did the 9-minute-long scene and everyone on the set liked it, but people now are trolling me for the same. So am I living in a bubble? Are people not going to like this scene? Because you know what you’ve shot, but people don’t know. People just know those 10 seconds,” she further added.
The Mission Majnu actress mentioned, “So, I don’t want to ever be in my life where I’m living in a bubble. I need to be on the ground. I need to talk to people. I need to know what’s really going on.”
However, Rashmika Mandanna seems to have a different opinion on the same. She defended Animal and said the film was mostly about just one person.

“It is a film about this one character. He is just messed up in his head. He is someone who will go to any lengths for his father. If you want the film to be raw, real, and correct, this is how the film is going to be,” she said.
Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the thriller drama also featured Bobby Deol, Triptii Dimri, and Anil Kapoor in prominent roles. Animal went on to collect over 900 crore worldwide.
